About the event
We are happy to share an incredible--and completely FREE-- educational opportunity for music students in grades 6-12! This program will benefit students at all levels of their musical journey!
As part of this year's Vacaville Jazz Festival, the Vacaville Jazz Society is proud to partner once again with the world-class Jazz Studies faculty from Sacramento State and professional musicians such as vocal virtuoso Ramana Vieira offer inspiring and hands-on jazz instruction.
Students will participate in instrument-specific masterclasses for trumpet, trombone, saxophone, piano, bass, drums, guitar and vocals. Additionally there will be a special session focused upon jazz improvisation.
